Meet Steve Beck

There is No Exchange for Experience! Steve has over 40 years in the Real Estate Business. He bought his first home in 1977 & obtained his Real Estate License a year later. He worked for Northwest Brokers Real Estate in Renton, WA, one of the oldest R.E. companies in King County, then bought the firm in 1984. Steve was also Co-founder of “The Residential New Construction Report” a research firm that concentrated on actual physical counts of single-family homes and building lot & land in all the major counties around the Puget Sound area and then in the surrounding 6 states. Steve was also co-founder of Fairwood Park Escrow, and numerous other real estate related companies. He was also instrumental in the development of over 20 new neighborhoods in the King County area..
